Everything you need to set for us is on this one page. Read it once top to bottom, then keep it open while you dial. If something here conflicts with what Rio tells you directly, Rio wins.
You call business owners, get them talking about how they get customers, find the thing that is not working, and book them onto a call with Rio. That is the entire job. You do not sell, you do not quote prices, you do not explain packages. The cold call books the meeting. The meeting does the selling, and Rio runs the meeting.
The moment you pitch, you sound like every other agency call they get that week. Questions book meetings. Pitches get "we're all good, thanks bud." If you feel a pitch coming up your throat, ask another question instead.
Uprise runs the growth engine for local service businesses: paid ads on Meta, the landing pages and websites the ads need, tracking so every dollar is accounted for, and the follow-up systems that turn leads into booked jobs. The client pays a flat monthly rate plus their own ad spend.
What you say on the phone if asked what we do:
Proof you are allowed to reference (all true, keep it to one sentence):
One niche at a time. Right now it is wrap shops, tint shops, PPF and auto customization. You will get a fresh lead list every day with the business name, number, and a note on what we spotted.
This is a frame, not a script. If you sound like you are reading, the call is already dead. Know the frame cold, then talk like a person.
Your lead list has a note column. Which opener you use depends on whether it's filled in.
Both versions open a conversation about their business instead of your offer, which is why neither can be killed with "we're all good." The question has to be one they answer with a story, not a yes or no.
Whatever they answer, ask about it. You already know the three problems shops in this niche have, so steer gently toward them:
The magic question once they are talking: "how have you guys solved that so far?" Then listen.
Log every objection you hear in your EOD report. Anything that comes up 3 or more times gets a scripted answer added here. That is how this sheet grows.
| They say | You say |
|---|---|
| "We're all good" / "we don't need anything" | "Totally fair. Before I let you go, one thing: when someone DMs you for a quote at night, what happens to it until morning? ... That's the only thing I was calling about." |
| "We already have a guy" / "website's being made" | "That's good, most shops we talk to have something in motion. How long's it been in the works? ... The call isn't about replacing anyone, it's 15 minutes looking at what's leaking right now." |
| "How much is it?" | "Honest answer: depends what's actually broken, and I'm not the one who prices it. The call is free and Rio will give you a straight number on it. Worth 15 minutes?" |
| "Just send me some info" | "I could, but a PDF won't look at your shop. Tell you what, the founder builds a preview of what he'd do for your specific shop, then you're judging something real. Fair?" |
| "Is this a scam / one of those agencies?" | "It's a cold call, so I get the guard being up. We're a Miami growth agency, you can see the work at uprisegrowth.io before any call. I'm not asking you for anything today except 15 minutes this week." |
| "You sound young" | "Yeah, and I'm not the one you'd be working with. The founder builds these systems himself, that's who the call is with. Judge the work, not my voice." |
| A real, final no | Take it. "All good, appreciate the straight answer. Good luck with the shop." Mark it and move on. Never sell past a real no. |
book.uprisegrowth.io. You enter their name, phone, and business while talking. That benchmark means real days of dialing between bookings is normal, especially week one. Volume plus the frame wins. The people who lose are the ones who stop in week two because it "feels" like nothing is moving.
Dials: Conversations (5+ min): Owner conversations: Booked: Showed (from earlier bookings): Objections heard (tally each): Best call of the day (2 lines, what worked): Worst call (2 lines, what died and where):
The objection tally is not admin work. It is how your objection sheet gets sharper every week, and it is the first thing we review together.
20% of the client's first collected payment on every deal you set that closes, paid to you when the client pays. Uncapped.
Once your first close lands, a $25 bonus per booked call that shows gets added on top, forward from there.
Performance upside is real and it goes on paper. After your first two weeks of full dialing we set targets together off your actual numbers, and hitting them moves comp beyond straight commission. Written, not vibes, so nobody is guessing later.
Commission-only means exactly what it sounds like: no closes, no pay. It also means nobody caps you. The setter who proves this lane runs it as it grows.
